STEP 1 

Foot length

  • Lay a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall.
  • Wear the socks you wear on the bike.
  • Place your foot on the paper with the heel resting on the wall.
  • Mark the longest finger on the paper, then measure from the wall to the mark.
  • Do the same for both feet.

 

STEP 2 

Metatarsal circumference

  • Now measure the metatarsal circumference/width of your feet.

 

STEP 3 

Size chart

  • Look at the size table to choose the one that best suits you.

 

IMPORTANT for COMFORT

If the measurement of the circumference of the foot is greater than the measurement you find in the size table, choose a HALF SIZE LARGER than the suggested one.
