Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

CicloBottega Bikeshop delivers ordered goods via professional couriers (BRT / GLS / SDA / FedEx / UPS), who handle the transport and assume full responsibility from the moment of collection until delivery. Buyers are kindly requested to accept the delivery from the courier by always adding the phrase "subject to inspection" (con riserva di controllo) next to their signature.

Shipping Times

Shipping and order processing times range from 24 to 48 hours (working days). For destinations such as islands or remote areas within Italy, delivery times may increase up to 7 days. For orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday to Friday), the shipment will usually be processed on the same day, barring unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process, which may differ from the billing address.

Delivery costs vary based on the weight of the product. Some items include free shipping, which is indicated in the short product description. For all other products, the shipping cost is displayed in the cart before checkout. Below is a summary table of shipping costs based on weight (subject to change for bulky packages):

Shipment Tracking

After the carrier collects the goods, you will receive an SMS and/or email directly from the courier with the tracking number and a delivery estimate within 24 hours of collection. You can monitor your shipment by entering the Tracking Code on the official websites of the courier used (BRT, GLS, SDA).

Bicycle Shipping and Assembly Policy

All bicycles purchased from CicloBottega are thoroughly inspected and pre-assembled by our technicians before shipping. However, for packaging requirements and transport safety, some components (typically the handlebars, front wheel, and saddle) are disassembled.

Please Note: Despite pre-assembly, the mechanical stress and vibrations typical of courier transit may cause slight misalignments. It is possible that derailleur cable tension or the centering of hydraulic brake calipers may require adjustment upon arrival.

To ensure maximum safety and to maintain the validity of your warranty, the bicycle must not be considered ready to ride. It is the buyer's responsibility to have the assembly verified and completed by qualified technical personnel before using the bike on the road. CicloBottega disclaims any liability for damage to persons or property resulting from incorrect assembly or the lack of a professional inspection prior to use.

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract/order entered into on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to provide any explanation, provided the following conditions are met.

The right of withdrawal is void if:

• The essential condition of integrity of the goods is not met (packaging and/or its contents).

• The goods or any consumables have been used, even partially.

• The original external and/or internal packaging is missing.

• The original receipt or purchase invoice is missing.

• Integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...) are missing.

• The product is damaged for reasons other than transport.

In the cases listed above, CicloBottega Bikeshop will return the purchased goods to the sender.

Note: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by customers purchasing with a VAT number (B2B) or those purchasing customized goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the ordered products, the customer must contact CicloBottega Bikeshop via email to receive return authorization.

The communication must include:

1. The clear intention to exercise the right of withdrawal under Legislative Decree No. 185/1999.

2. The indication of the product(s) for which the withdrawal is being requested.

To obtain a refund, the customer must return the purchased products at their own expense to the following address:

The return shipment must occur within ten working days of receiving the goods and can be made through any carrier/courier the customer deems appropriate.

Refund Policy

CicloBottega Bikeshop will process the refund via bank transfer (or other payment method) as quickly as possible, and in any case within 30 days of receiving the communication. The refund refers to the price of the returned product(s).

It is expressly understood that the costs of returning the product to CicloBottega Bikeshop shall be borne by the customer.
