Bicycle Shipping and Assembly Policy

All bicycles purchased from CicloBottega are thoroughly inspected and pre-assembled by our technicians before shipping. However, for packaging requirements and transport safety, some components (typically the handlebars, front wheel, and saddle) are disassembled.

Please Note: Despite pre-assembly, the mechanical stress and vibrations typical of courier transit may cause slight misalignments. It is possible that derailleur cable tension or the centering of hydraulic brake calipers may require adjustment upon arrival.

To ensure maximum safety and to maintain the validity of your warranty, the bicycle must not be considered ready to ride. It is the buyer's responsibility to have the assembly verified and completed by qualified technical personnel before using the bike on the road.
