EXO-Protection

It is a material added to the sidewalls of selected mountain bike tires that is extremely resistant to cuts and abrasions. This layer obtained with a super light and highly flexible toothed weave does not affect the performance of the tire.

TR-Tubeless Ready

Tubeless tires provide bikers with many benefits, including lower rolling resistance when compared to tubeless tires, the ability to ride at very low pressures, thus increasing the grip offered by the tire, and finally the ability to reduce the number of punctures due to the absence of the tube. Maxxis Tubeless Ready (TR) tires provide the cyclist with all the benefits of a UST certified tubeless tire without the added weight due to the latter. The flexible and square bead of the TR tires has been designed to work in perfect tuned to any tubeless rim on the market. To ensure complete air retention and to prevent punctures, Maxxis recommends the use of a sealant.
If necessary, Maxxis TR tires can also be used with an inner tube.
