CASTING MOTORBRACKET<\/p>\n

All E-bikes equipped with the new E-MTB group E8000 like eBIG.TRAIL, eONE-TWENTY and eONE-SIXTY as well as parts of the Bosch motor equipped range benefit from the new \u2018Casting Motorbracket\u2019. This new aluminium casted bracket allows extremely complex shapes combined with very small tolerances resulting in a more integrated look as well as improved performance of the motor.<\/p>\n

X-TAPER HEADTUBE<\/p>\n

The best of two worlds: externally shaped head tube with bigger diameter at the bottom and weight saving smaller diameter at the top. \u2018X-Taper Headtubes\u2019 always come with tapered forks or correct adapters fitted. Result: superb stiffness and precise steering even in the toughest conditions without increasing the weight of the frame unnecessarily.<\/p>\n

12-148 THRU-AXLE \u2018Boost\u2019<\/p>\n

Due to the widening of the hub spacing by 6mm, the spoke angles become flatter resulting in a stiffer and stronger wheel. In particular on 29er and 650b+ wheels, and paired with the stiffness increasing attributes of a through axle, this is hugely desirable. Besides that, the wider hubs and cranks with wider bottom brackets push the chain line further outwards and enable extra short chain stays for a more agile geometry.<\/p>\n

SMART ENTRY<\/p>\n

Internal cable routing perfected: Up to this point, the routing of cables inside frame tubes often had the unwanted side effect that they were able to move and produce noise. Our \u2018Smart Entry\u2019 allows the cables to be clamped under tension, resulting in rattle free cables even when it is getting rough. All cable inlets are completely interchangeable to deal with any kind of set up; Di2, hydraulic hoses, brake and gear cable housings etc.<\/p>\n

DI2 READY<\/p>\n

Like WorldTour pro riders, more and more technology-loving road riders trust in Shimano\u2019s electronic Di2 shifting system, which is characterized by high reliability and efficient, effortless operability. Bikes\/frames with the symbol \u201cDi2 Ready\u201d are optimally prepared for the installation of this technology \u2013 especially with a battery mounting possibility below the chain stay or in the seat post.<\/p>\n

C-S POST MOUNT DISC<\/p>\n

\u201cChain Stay Post Mount Disc\u201d \u2013 this technology is the result of three findings. First, a brake mount positioned within the frame triangle optimally protects the brake from external influences. Second, the caliper is supported by the chain stay and is therefore able to distribute the occurring physical forces in an ideal way. Third, internally routed cables can reach the brake neatly from the chain stay.<\/p>\n

INTERNAL CABLE<\/p>\n

Elaborately shaped frame designs with special inlets and outlets for internally routed brake and\/or shifter cables. \u201cClean\u201d in a double sense: The bike looks uncluttered while the cables are protected effectively from moisture and dirt.<\/p>\n

HFS - HYDRO FORMING SYSTEM<\/p>\n
